REMOTE CONSULTATIONS

Virtual Pelvic Floor & Gender Affirming Consultation/Educational Sessions

These virtual pelvic floor & gender affirming consultation/educational sessions are designed for folks who are not local to Michigan and would like to work with/learn from/consult with me regarding your pelvic floor, pelvic health physical therapy, or gender affirming care. These sessions are especially great for if you do not have access to a local, queer inclusive, trans/non-binary affirming pelvic floor physical therapist!

I can consult with you just once or many times. It really depends on your needs. Let’s start with one session and go from there!

  • $300 per 55-minute session

*Please note this pricing is designed for coaching and consulting on physical therapy related topics (pelvic floor, pelvic health, or gender affirming care) and is different than my general coaching/consulting pricing

  • Yes!

I often consult with folks who are already seeing a local physical therapist or other healthcare provider and would either like another perspective on their concerns and/or to consult with an LGBTQIA+ and trans affirming expert to fill in the gaps that many well-meaning cis-folks unintentionally leave unfilled in the overall picture of your care.

Professional Mentorship

Professional Mentorship is Invaluable!

I have always valued mentorship. I have had mentors all through school and into my professional careers. I have had mentors in the clinic, at each job, when I started shifting into my pelvic health specialty, for my Functional Manual Therapy training, for my AASECT Sex Counseling Certification, and a different mentor for my AASECT Sex Education Certification! 10+ years into my career and I still consult with my mentors from time to time! Mentorship has help me get to where I am today, shape my clinical practice, and helped me stay on track while I obtained one post-professional certification after the other.

I provide professional mentorship and/or case review/collaboration/thought partnering on subjects regarding LGBTQIA+ inclusion, gender affirming medical care - especially in physical therapy, sexuality counseling, sexual/pelvic health, adult sex education, and professional/career advising for student physical therapists or physical therapists who are looking to get into pelvic floor, sexual health, or LGBTQIA+ and gender affirming care.

There are no shortcuts to getting to where you want to go, but with mentorship, you can save so much time and so many resources!

Physical Therapy centered on helping you move better, play more, and feel good in your body!

In-office Physical Therapy will take place at Little Lake Wellness Hub.
